• Aggregation and listing of public procurement tenders from government, NGO, UN, and private sector sources in Ghana
• Tender alert and notification services
• Bid support and tender preparation services
• Access to templates, guides, and procurement resources
• A business directory for suppliers and contractors

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed annually in Ghana Cedis (GH¢). Promotional pricing is available for a limited period and subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely via Paystack. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform without prior written consent
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent tender listings
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

All content on TendersGhana.com.gh — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Tenders Ghana and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Third-Party Content

Tender listings are sourced from publicly available procurement notices. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness, currency, or correctness of any listing. Always verify tender details from the original issuing authority before bidding.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We are not responsible for the outcome of any tender submission made based on information from our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tenders Ghana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits or business opportunities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
