Can I cancel or change my plan at any time? ▼
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
How do SMS alerts work? ▼
When a new tender matching your chosen alert categories is published, we send an SMS to your registered phone numbers. Starter gets 1 number, Professional 2, Elite 4, and BidMaster+ 7 numbers. You can update your numbers any time in your account settings.
What payment methods are accepted? ▼
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard), Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money), and bank transfers via Paystack. A 1.5% payment service fee applies.
