• Connected Facebook integrations
• Connected Instagram integrations
• Saved preferences and account settings
• Uploaded user-submitted information where applicable
• Communication records submitted through our platform

We are committed to ensuring that every user has a clear and simple process to request account disconnection and data removal.

2. Removing Connected Facebook or Instagram Access

1. Log in to your Facebook or Meta account.
2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy > Business Integrations / Apps and Websites.
3. Locate TendersGhana.com.gh from your active connected applications.
4. Select Remove Access or Revoke Permissions.

Once completed, our platform will no longer be able to sync or access future account information from your connected Meta assets.

3. Requesting Permanent Deletion From Our System

In addition to disconnecting your social account, users may request permanent deletion of all stored personal records held within the TendersGhana.com.gh database.

To submit a deletion request, kindly send an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" to:

4. Information Eligible for Deletion

• Connected social media references
• Uploaded user records and saved preferences
• Internal communication history where applicable

Please note that certain billing or transaction references may be retained where necessary for internal accounting, audit trail, or regulatory purposes.

5. Data Deletion Processing Timeline

All confirmed deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable administrative period:

• Standard review period: 1–3 business days
• Maximum deletion completion period: 7 business days

Once completed: your account data will be removed from active system records, connected Meta integration references will be revoked, and stored personal information will no longer be available on our platform.
